JOEY Eaton Centre

The place looks impressive upon entry, but all quickly changes. We sat upstairs, and quickly realized the service was a joke. Servers couldn't be bothered to bring water. A mention of ice was dismissed. I literally had to order the same beer 3 times. The manager is also extremely rude (a brunette lady in green sweater). The food is below average. Microwaved mostly. (Props to the guy who put down cutlery on the table. He actually smiled).

Wonderful experience. So much fun for my friends and I. Scott made our visit so enjoyable. Highest rating ever for this fantastic young man. He was polite, kind, funny and went way above and beyond in making recommendations for both our wine selection and entres. For me in particular, I had no idea what to order and simply told him what I liked and he created a bowl for me that was absolutely perfect. He even wrote it down in case I came by again. Hats off to Scott and Joey's for empowering your staff to create such personalized moments for your guests!! Wish I could give you more than 5 stars. Thank you so much again. Will definitely be back. :)

Such a great place!! The food is incredible, tasty and plating is to perfection. I love coming to Joey's for special occasions.. I've come here twice for my birthday and it makes birthday dinners so special. Can't wait to come back this July again :) Also the Staff and Managers are incredible, friendly and kind. Inside Joeys is stunning.. everything is beautiful from the walls to the floors... from the furniture to the big art:) The architecture does add to the customers experience. Every time I go I always get the Prawn + Lobster Ravioli is to die for!!!! . But honestly best location !!!!!!!!!!!

We dropped by last minute for dinner and got squeezed in after a 20min wait but I'll tell ya it was worth the wait. While waiting for a table, we ran into Terrence Davis Jr II from the Raptors. Once we got our table, our waitress (Kara) was phenomenal- she was very prompt and personable considering it being a busy Saturday night in the T.O. She even connected with my loud and boisterous 4 year old daughter. Which is impressive since I have trouble connecting with my own daughter.The food was out of this world. I went and tried the lobster and steak ravioli. This meal blew my mind. The presentation and the flavour just hit on all cylinders. A very enjoyable dinner that will have me returning for that lobster and steak ravioli.

My first time that I tried their food. It was really tasty and every food that they prepare is just delicious. I was happy with their overall service. I highly recommend this place.

Would not recommend! This place lacks hospitality. Ordered a spaghetti pomodoro which was okay, but the portion was extremely lacking. Friends ordered the ravioli which was also tiny for $30. The waitress did say it was only 4 pieces but no one would expect them to be so small. I called over the server who then had to get the manager involved... but offered nothing other than the opportunity to order more food? Approximately 6 people from our group reordered more food after their entree. Sad how this place treats guests. Place does not adhere to Ontario law? Excludes calorie counts on its menu online and in restaurant. Go somewhere else if you're in the area!

We were seated as soon as we walked in the restaurant. It's a great ambiance with good music. The only complaint is the bathroom is 2 floors below the resturant. The food was great, very tasty. The drinks was not that good. We order 2 Moscow mules and they both taste different from each other.

We placed an order tonight through Door Dash that unfortunately came with errors to it. I called the restaurant and the manager Brianne apologized for the mistake. She immediately resent out the order and had it delivered. In addition she put in an extra desert. She called us back to confirm that it was on the way. This is exactly the response one would expect from a fantastic manager in the customer service industry. Really appreciate her making this right and going the extra mile. Good atmosphere. Good food. Hostess and the servers were kind and caring. Diverse menu for the diverse range of customers in Toronto. Can't wait to try more food from this location and raise my stars to a 5. Overall, good job!! My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was not boring and quite innovative. Crispy mashed potatoes blew our minds.

Great spot for last minute dinner and lunch plans was there this evening and the staff are lovely. I had asked if my servers knew of any Korean bbq places in the area and she comes back with a Full list of places to eat including such because she thought I was from out of town! So kind of her and will be back for sure for the food also!

Great location. Excellent food, lovely ambiance. I really like the choice of dishes and the flexibility of side dishes. Our server was very accommodating to everyone's needs. The apple pie is a must - best dessert

Good location- we went for my mother in laws bday. Nice a spacious- nice booths for bigger groups. I ordered the curry bowl with prawns and peanuts. It was real tasty but very liquidy and not enough rice noodles. The Italian donuts ARE OFF THE HOOK GOOD. Wow. The fish tacos that my mother in law ordered were okay it seemed - she said they were a bit skimpy on the fish. The sweet potato fries were tasty. I'd go again. Great service though. Our waitress was a sweetie and very social

We had a reservation for a birthday but had to wait half an hour when we arrived. It was pretty busy so I understand that it was a hard night to manage overall. This doesn’t change the fact that the atmosphere of the restaurant is brilliant and the food is amazing. The waitress did her job perfectly and the manager was very professional and offered us appetizers and champagne for both the wait and the birthday. I am definitely coming to this place again.

Great place to hang out with friends without a hurry. Diverse menu with drinks, gluten free and vegetarian options. The dessert menu is not very wide but the service is great.

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for Joey Eaton Centre forever! We always receive the friendliest service when we come here. I sat at the bar and Natalie (?) looked after me today. So friendly and approachable, thank you!

The food was okay, wasn't too excited about it and it was a bit pricey too. I ordered the lobster + shrimp ravioli and mushroom soup. I ended up finishing the soup and not my main dish tbh, took the rest home and gave it to my husband instead. The servers as per usual were very friendly attentive, and makes sure you're comfortable and enjoying your time.

This was my first time at Joey Eaton and I’ve been to other Joey restaurants before, have nothing bad to say about those locations. But I gotta say, last night was probably the best experience I ever had at a Joey’s. The steak & shrimp lobster ravioli was so good, that I didn’t shut up about it the whole time I was there. Brought my friend from outta town and he said it was one of the best burgers he’s ever had. Best happy hour in the city. Attentive staff and the manager was nice enough to put on the football game for my friend & I when we asked.

The best restaurant experience downtown personally. Food is beyond amazing, with taste that goes beyond with a clever spin on fusion. Restaurant atmosphere is one of the best, the decor is beautiful but yet giving a modern vibe. Service is amazing as well as service would give a genuine care about guest. Only downside is how far the washroom is but the restaurant makes finding the washroom an adventure and entertaining.

Great atmosphere, loved this place. Shrimp + Lobster ravioli in a rich cream sauce, with bits of sweet asparagus - really yummy. Good selection of beer on tap. We sat at the bar and the bartender who served us knew the menu well and had answers to all our questions. Service with a smile.

Great place for lunch! The staff were so friendly and really made our meal special! Great variety in food as well with delicious options for all of our dietary concerns 👌

• Good ambiance, pretty quick servers, not too pushy.• Location is pretty busy and parking will be a challenge.• Drinks were tasty, but were not anything super spectacular, at least not the ones I've tried, but the main dishes were the best thing about this, I'd recommend the shrimp with pasta and peanut sauce.

Will never visit this restaurant again, came with colleagues for dinner at 8 PM and we sat at the table 121. (one at the corner below the projector screen) The waitress who took the order was extremely disrespectful to me and with an attitude. I decided to just leave the place right away. FYI, I even complained about this at the reception. Keep the politeness aside atleast have some manners on how to talk to the customers.

Kim was super attentive and has a great memory. The beverages are a delightful mix of alcohol, sugar and acid. Top tier. The ridiculous art looking sculpture things are supposed to be coat racks

Always guaranteed great food.....but sometimes the service is questionable. This was one of the times but this is not to deter me from returning as I've had other experiences that were great. Hust don't get offended if someone gives you attitude.

If you’re looking for a nice restaurant in the heart of downtown Toronto this is the spot. Not only does it have a good ambience but also has a well-balanced menu & I has great customer service especially the manager Adolfo. On multiple occasions he has went above and beyond to services. What a phenomenal representative great brand, I would love to have them on my team.
