JOEY Eaton Centre

The place looks impressive upon entry, but all quickly changes. We sat upstairs, and quickly realized the service was a joke. Servers couldn't be bothered to bring water. A mention of ice was dismissed. I literally had to order the same beer 3 times. The manager is also extremely rude (a brunette lady in green sweater). The food is below average. Microwaved mostly. (Props to the guy who put down cutlery on the table. He actually smiled).

Wonderful experience. So much fun for my friends and I. Scott made our visit so enjoyable. Highest rating ever for this fantastic young man. He was polite, kind, funny and went way above and beyond in making recommendations for both our wine selection and entres. For me in particular, I had no idea what to order and simply told him what I liked and he created a bowl for me that was absolutely perfect. He even wrote it down in case I came by again. Hats off to Scott and Joey's for empowering your staff to create such personalized moments for your guests!! Wish I could give you more than 5 stars. Thank you so much again. Will definitely be back. :)

Such a great place!! The food is incredible, tasty and plating is to perfection. I love coming to Joey's for special occasions.. I've come here twice for my birthday and it makes birthday dinners so special. Can't wait to come back this July again :) Also the Staff and Managers are incredible, friendly and kind. Inside Joeys is stunning.. everything is beautiful from the walls to the floors... from the furniture to the big art:) The architecture does add to the customers experience. Every time I go I always get the Prawn + Lobster Ravioli is to die for!!!! . But honestly best location !!!!!!!!!!!
